Micropigmentation/ Microblading and the difference between them

Is a cosmetic procedure that enhances the shape of the eyebrows and lips through the process of depositing pigment into the skin using a micro-pigmentation machine.

While micro-pigmentation is usually a minimally painful procedure, depending on the area treated, some patients may receive topical anesthesia prior to treatment in order to make it more comfortable.

It has been available in the US for years but with new techniques coming up, airy powdery brows can be done by this technique without going deep into the dermal layer of the skin and stay in the epidermis layer. Healing process takes about 6 days and this smudge-free treatment lasts for 2+ years and retouch is required after 6 weeks from the original procedure. This procedure is suitable for all skin types.

Is a type of eyebrow architecture. The process is very precise thanks to the tool that doesn't penetrate the skin but create delicate thin cuts in the epidermis layer to imitate eyebrows hair. Healing process takes about 14-30 days and the treatment lasts for 6 months to 1.5 years depending on each clients' individual healing process. Retouch is required after 6 weeks from the original procedure. This procedure is not recommended for Oily, Acne-prone or mature skin.

Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. It is important the artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family tend to be a distraction for both the client and the artist.

Though we love children, toddlers and babies, we must kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, they are a distraction to the artist, as well as the other guests having services. Thank you for your understanding.

Micropigmentation is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve this time for your appointment.

If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client.

If your appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (or in the case of a no-show), you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service.

There is a charge for the follow-up appointment to a new/initial procedure, that's when you do the retouch and have your final beautiful service provided. Retouch has to be from 40 to 60 days or Permanent Retouch Studio is not responsible for the outcome.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. You will need to complete a consent and medical intake form. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment.

If you are late it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results.
